1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Grand Resort & Spa website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Room rates are quoted per night and exclude taxes and additional fees unless otherwise stated.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability
• Government-issued photo ID required at check-in

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a charge equal to one night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects other guests and staff. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate conduct policies.

5. Liability

The Grand Resort & Spa is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk. Use of recreational facilities is at your own risk.
